To make, change or cancel a routine appointment with a GP Nurse Practitioner or any other clinican in the next 7 days:
– use our online system via the link at the top of this page
– phone us on 01642 710748 , Monday to Friday from 8am.
– visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist, Monday to Friday from 8am.
– use your NHS Account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
Practice Nurse Appointments
Pre-bookable appointments with the Practice Nurse can be made at the desk, online or by telephone Monday to Friday after 8.30am
Cancelling appointments
Appointments can also be cancelled via the link on the appointment reminder text message sent to you by practice

Urgent Appointments
We offer same day appointments for acute problems booked on the day. These can be booked by calling the practice at 8am on that day.
These can be either
- face to face
- telephone
- Following a telephone triage appointment with a clinical team member a convenient face to face appointment can be arranged if needed
